PRAISE AND THANKS BY THE PEOPLE
The following prayer diary is a flow on from the weekly prayer diary
that has been circulating from this web site source for around two
years. It is simply prayers for ordinary people, events and situations.
To protect the identity of people, the initial of their first name and
the country (though this sometimes does not appear) are the only things
used. We believe that if we lift these things to God in prayer, He
already knows for whom that prayer is meant and He will honour and
answer it. If you would like to submit an item for inclusion, please use the CONTACT US
form, filling out all items. Only the material contained in the
comments box will be placed in the prayer diary. We do like to hear of
answered prayer so that it can be included to show the world that
prayer is answered. We do reserve the right to edit your submission
(and sometimes reject), however, we will contact you when this occurs.

in Iraq): My wife, C, is 32 years old and has just been diagnosed with
stage 4 Cervical cancer and her chances For survival are very slim.
S.
USA - Please continue to uphold K now that she been taken back into
custody. Pray that a place will be found in a special treatment centre
for her. Uphold me as I cope with this pressure in my life.
S. -
God is moving in her life as a result of prayer but we need to keep
praying for her. She is under severe attack at the moment and, through
some decisions she has been forced to make, has exposed her children to
abuse. Please cover these little ones in your prayer, that our Heavenly
Father will place His arms around the children (especially the younger
ones, aged 7 and 6) so that they may be spared of this. Pray that the
demonic influences that are plaguing her life be removed before too
much damage is done. This is a critical prayer need.
S. - Please
pray for us here from all your deep hearts . As we are suffering a very
bad circumstances over here. Last Sunday and early morning Monday there
were 3 bombings targeting our famous church. Here they put bombs in
side 2 cars were standing at front of the main gate of the church while
many people were inside church attending a meeting and weddings.
K. Pakistan - Please pray for financial support for our ministry here in Pakistan.

- For her husband (and his family) as he seeks a visa to enter
Australia with his family so that they may have more freedom to
practice their Christian faith. For your protection over this family in
their present situation.
Please pray for the unwilling and
unknowing victims of the international child pornography ring that was
broken in April. These children have a lifetime of horror lying before
them that the do not deserve to have.
K. Pakistan - There has been another terrorist attack. This was on a police training centre in Lahore. Many injured and dead.
S. USA - She has made it into finally 5 for a good job and needs prayer support for the final stage.
Afghanistan
- pray for the families of Christians that have been sentenced to death
under the laws of that country because of their beliefs.
India -
Please pray for the mass persecution of Christians in this country.
Pray that, even in death, Christians will witness to their oppressors.
Crying In The Silence - for a Christian Comic Strip artist who can create items for children that they can easily understand.
Pastor P. India - pray for him as he leads his two congregations forward against a lot of opposition.
Crying
In The Silence Project - For the victims of abuse who are already
finding an avenue of release through this project. Pray that God will
use it mightily for His glory.
A. USA - Please pray for my
friend K and her son. She is a single mother and works very hard. Both
of them need our prayers. Here is what she wrote me this morning: "Dear
friends, I had to admit my 14 year old son into a drug rehabilitation
centre. I would appreciate your prayers for his recovery...thank
you K"
E. Holland - I have a friend (T) who has a terrible
disease, She was 2 weeks in the intensive care from the best hospital
here in Holland, and they can not help her any more. She is sent home,
and can not talk, not move and can only lift her head to mean
:"yes". We know she will not be better, but her husband is meaning that
she needs to get stronger at home, so she will be ok.

Philippines - this is my prayer request, chairs for the church. Only 40
0r 50 and a motorcycle so that we can use that in our bible study and
visitation.
Please pray for the situation in Zimbabwe now the new sharing of government is in place.
My
Name is T. I want you to please pray with me that GOD will protect my
son , husband . and all our children and us from every evil sickness,
and death. I also need your prayer for my career that GOD will
give me a burst in my career. give my good contacts, good connection
and bless me with his favour and good manager in JESUS CHRIST

K. Pakistan - Please that we
may find a building in which to have our church meetings instead of
being out in the open where we are at the mercy of the weather.
Eritrea
- Please pray for all Christians in Eritrean prisons to take courage in
the Lord as conditions continue to be horrendous. Please pray that the
Lord would encourage and comfort those who are affected by Asmerom's
death (he died in prison for being a Christian). Please pray for the
government of Eritrea. Pray that the Lord would change their hearts.
Pray that the Lord would continue to build His Kingdom in Eritrea to
His own glory through faithful Christians.
J. USA - Please pray
for my Daddy, J-his Cancer Bad- his wife, L - stressed and needs to
call Hospice for help - we need a lot of pray.
S. Philippines -
Please help me to pray to our almighty God that the husband of Ms. M.
will agree to be my sponsor for my application as a caregiver in
Canada...Please pray for me this is my only way to work abroad to help
for the need of my family and for the future of my only child. Life
here in the Philippines is very difficult.
B. USA -
who was hit by a drunk driver is not doing good at all, he is only 22
years old and they do not think he is going to make it....(brain
damage) Please lift him in prayer again for God's will be done....and
thank you all for interceding! Still in a coma.
A. USA -
3rd stage cancer, just lost 2 twins as she was pregnant and they did
not know why she lost them and then the results came in for her cancer.
K. USA - anti-Christ guy on Shoutlife pages, wreaking havoc in many lives. To be gone in Jesus name.
K.
- I'm fine except I don't know what's happening in my hometown because
people are getting killed by unknown people for no apparent reasons as
early as 7 in the evening. So, the police are actually arresting people
as early as 8 in the evening so the movement is quite restricted now.
I'm praying that the police will catch these people because at least
they have managed to catch three.
G. - My wife, C, is 32 years
old and has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and her
chances for survival are very slim. She was pregnant with our second
child and had miscarried recently at 3 months, and now we know why.
B.
Borneo - My eldest son N is trying for a scholarship to be able to go
to a University for further studies. In order to do that, he has got to
pass a language course which comprises the national language of our
country. Please pray that he will be able to achieve his dream to go to
University.
D. Kenya - Please pray for our needs as we rebuild our church following the violence in recent months.
Scripture Teachers in schools generally – open hearts to hear and be filled with Christ's blessing.
D. USA - Please add a friend's little girl. She is very ill and needs healing prayer.
A.
India - Please pray that we can provide Sound System, Lighting,
Music Instruments, Team needs and small Vehicle for Gospel Team, Gospel
tracts and advertisement etc. for our ministry.With out above things it
is very hard to have gospel meeting in effective way.
PLEASE PRAY FOR PAKISTAN.
D.
USA - I am sending out a prayer request for my son L..he has
rededicated his life to the Lord ..I am sure that the devil is going to
do everything in his power to bring him down..
S. Belarus - for my friend N from Minsk. She has gone to China for a year to work and serve as a missionary.
B.
Ghana - I need your prayers for break through. News from the Northern
Ghana where Islamic population is very great, and its making the work
for Pastors there difficult, they need assistance: financially,
materially, pray with us.
Turkey - Please pray for perseverance by Christians in Turkey following the third slaughter of Christians last year.
S.
Belarus - For my Internet friend from Croatia. He has come through the
war in his country in the beginning of 1990s but he wasn't ready for it
neither physically nor mentally. He has repented in 1994 but he still
has lots of questions, he has been disappointed in so-called
"prosperity Gospel" which was preached in his former church, the richer
brothers rejected him. Now he attends Baptist prayer services but he is
still ill physically and mentally. Please pray for his spiritual,
mental and physical healing.
S. Belarus - For my friend in
Minsk. I know her for about 10 years. Together we finished our
university 5 years ago and I went to Brest and she stayed in Minsk. Now
she also has big problems with health, she has no job and cannot find
it, her parents are old and cannot support her financially. Please pray
for her healing and finances. May the Lord show her His exit in these
circumstances.

L. USA - My friend C is doing well now. She is still on medication and it it helping her very much. Thanks you for the prayers
S. USA - K is home now. Praise God! Just wanted to let you know.

- Praise that there are signs of breakthrough in her long battle with
the past and that the Lord's victory is starting to come to fruition in
her and her children.
E. USA - That she has been able to get a job in these hard times.
S.
USA - Praise that her ex-husband stood up in the preliminary court
hearing for her daughter, K, and admitted he was responsible for giving
her the alcohol and cigarettes.
Crying In The Silence Project -
Praise God for the wonderful basis of a team He has brought together
even before this project began. Also for the lives that are already
being changed.
E. USA (Philippines) - God is really Good! We are now in the USA and the family is together
India - Praise God for those lives who were spared in the Mumbai tragedy.
P.
USA - A few months back the Dr's discovered a small spot on one of my
father's lungs. All the preliminary tests indicated that the spot was
likely cancerous. so due to it's small size and the risks involved with
further testing the decision was made to just remove a portion of the
lung. Ironically it turned out not to be cancer after all. This is good
but it is too bad it came at such a cost. The man is healthy and strong
and likely it will not compromise anything.
S. - Praise that
there are signs of breakthrough in her long battle with the past and
that the Lord's victory is starting to come to fruition in her and her
children.
S. Australia - Here’s an update. Praise God this
family is still together! Thank you to all of you who have been
praying! (This is the family we have been praying for in their fight to
keep their children from the system).
P. USA - She is a small
child with an unknown illness. Her family needs prayer as well. Praise
God, the illness is not life threatening and she is doing fine. Praise
God that He provides with all the strength and things we need when the
battle gets really tough at the front-line.
L. Philippines - To
God be the glory my brother-in-law is already free from the case
.........and to all the prayer warriors thank you so much for praying
our prayer request and may the good Lord use each and everyone of us to
pray to those who needs our petitions to our Lord and Saviour and He is
alive and hears our prayers and I will give back the glory and Honour
to Him and Him alone......
